Confectionery & Sweet Goods
Confectionery is unforgiving: high sugar, high heat and long shelf life expose weak flavours and unstable colours fast. We supply heat-stable flavours, natural colours and sweetness-modulation systems built for candy kettles, depositors and chocolate work — with the documentation Canadian labels require.

What we're usually asked to fix
Flavour loss at cooking temperatures
Hard candy and deposited gummies push flavours past their flash point. Heat-stable and encapsulated options keep the profile intact from kettle to pack.
Natural colour stability in high-sugar systems
Acid, heat and light shift natural shades. We match the colour source to your pH and process so the shade you approve is the shade that ships.
Sugar reduction without thin taste
Removing sugar removes bulk and rounds off flavour. Sweetness modulators and mouthfeel systems keep reduced-sugar lines tasting full.

Request a sampleConfectionery & Sweet Goods — FAQ
- Can natural colours survive hard candy temperatures?
- Some can, some cannot — it depends on the pigment and the cook. Tell us your process temperature and target shade and we will shortlist sources that hold, with bench samples to prove it.
- Do you support small-batch and seasonal runs?
- Yes. We supply sample and pilot quantities so seasonal SKUs can be developed and trialled without committing to production-scale orders.
